I accept 2 methods of payment: 1. Check or Money Order by mail 2. PAYPAL PAYMENTS ARE MADE TO DESIGNER@TIFFANYRICHARDS.COM. To make payments through Paypal it is not required to have a Paypal account.
A $65 deposit is required to be placed on my work list. Once we begin correspondence I will let you know if there is a wait and how long it might be before I begin work.
Upon completion of the site, you will be sent an invoice and the remaining balance will be due. After final payment has been made the site will be published. If the final payment is not recieved, or if you cannot be reached within 2 weeks of completion all monies paid will be forfeited to compensate for my time and effort, and blog will not be published.

Due to the digital nature of my products and because of the time I invest into making them customized just for you there will be NO REFUNDS. The ONLY way you can recieve your monies back is if you cancel BEFORE I start your design. MINUS the cost of any materials purchased on your behalf and MINUS $15 to cover my time up to that point.

All of the designs and layouts created by me, Tiffany Richards, are protected by US copyright laws. None of my designs, in whole or part, may be altered, copied, shared, or resold for any reason. (Except buttons that are intended to be shared). All designs must be used for the intended purpose as agreed. Copyright of all blog content, apart from the design, remains with the client.

If the client provides any 3rd party images, fonts, graphics, or photos for inclusion in the design of the blog, the client must unconditionally guarantee to ensure that they are not violating any copyright or trademark laws. TLillian, Tiffany Richards, will not be held responsible, under any circumstance for violations of any laws due to products or elements provided by the client.

I do NOT ever release the .psd (photoshop) files that I create to make your designs. If you need any additional files for any reason other than the blog files I made for you. Please contact me to discuss further.

All designs include up to 2 basic revisions meaning minor changes within reason, during the design process. It is the clients responsibility to check the design as it is being built and notify me of any adjustments, likes or dislikes during this process. Once the design has been approved by the client any changes, additions, updates from this point forward will incur charges. If you decide to change things in the middle of the design process you will forfeit your deposit. Your changes may incur new charges.

The credit button link (for TLillian) will remain as designed either in the sidebar or at the bottom of your blog for as long as you are using my design. It should not be altered or removed for any reason. Should you decide to remove the credit button you must also remove all designs, graphics, elements, and files created by me. No exceptions.

Client agrees for their purchased blog design to be included in TLillian’s design portfolio. This will also include a link to your blog, which is always good for ranking!

TLillian, aka, Tiffany Richards reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

TLillian, aka, Tiffany Richards does not share any client information with anyone for any reason. All client passwords and login’s are kept in a secure password program and are deleted once our business together is complete.

During the design process I will use my testing blog to upload the site files, you will be provided the link to view the design. Usually, I start with the header and, after your approval, complete the design based on that. In most cases, the process takes about 1 – 2 weeks. This largely depends on how quickly your respond to my emails, so check them often once I begin your work!

Listed on this site you will see what project I am currently working on. I also try to forcast a time frame for upcoming projects. If you wish not to be listed, please let me know. I work on projects in the order that I recieve deposits.
